Deep in the bayous of South Louisiana, it's eat or be eaten. So if today we're doing the eating, it may as well taste good.

We made this seasoning to enhance the flavor of meat, but it has been noticed the best flavor can be achieved when used with Nutria, Sea Turtle, Spotted Owl, Bald Eagle, Alligator or any fresh Road Kill.

Bon CaCa. It's not too salty, not too hot, just the perfect blend to use on everything. If it's broiled, boiled, grilled, or baked, stewed or sautéed, from gumbo to gravy, étouffée to Bar-B-Que, even on popcorn, the possibilities are unlimited.
